Learn and Find Facts About LV Bags Online

I ask them why they say they are putting an item on hold if they don't even know that they have it...
they respond with... it said we had it in our computer system... basically a 'i was too lazy to check and i was lying to you when i said i placed it aside'

I spoke to the actual person who I talked to on the phone and she didn't 'remember.'

It pretty much sucks because they are the largest store in SF and probably in the bay area... I'd rather drive further to san jose or palo alto for better service
though.
I believe it was Liberace who said, "I'd rather be a genuine rhinestone than an imitation pearl."

Today I said, "I'd rather be a certified nutcase in Atascadero than own a played out Louis Vee bag, genuine or imitation."

sorry, gracie.
Love the House of Louis Vuitton especially with the current head designer, Marc Jacobs. {{{LOVE}}}

Here's my 2 cents:  This boutique in SF had one of the largest selections in Limited Edition pieces. Now here's where the stars start dropping off... I went through
quite a few sales people, with my last one being transfered to Paris last August (was happy for her! Sad for me...), although they track my sales, I haven't had the
same service since until I found Marcy at the Bloomingdale's boutique down the street.
I love Louis Vuitton, yes I do. But the service they provide here is very questionable. After multiple encounters, and paying close attention to my most recent ones,
I've noticed a pattern. This may not be true for all of the staff, but I can say for many.
