Came back a year later on Friday hoping to find Tommy. He wasn't there and I got the same treatment that pretty much everyone else not dressed-to-impressed got.
Not greeted when coming in (when the store was near empty in the morning). No one offered to help me after I pretty much wandered around the store for 20 minutes on
my own. A couple of the associates looked away from me when I caught their eye. That prompted me to leave. If I'm going to drop 1K+, I'm not going to let some
snobby-ass bitches get free commission for doing nothing.
I went over to Gucci instead and their 2 doormen friendly greeted me, a kind older Chinese lady directed me upstairs, and a more friendly sales associate, Vanessa,
helped me from start to finish (and deservingly got her cut of the $1500 I plunked down).
Wow. Beyond rude. I came in to specifically buy a LV belt and my girlfriend was thinking about buying a new purse. We were given the aptly titled "Death Stare" by
every associate in the store.
I was approached by a sales person and quite rudely asked "What do you want?" I told her what we were looking for. She then said "What we have out is what we
have". I gave her the 'Are you F'in kidding me look?' I am about to drop close to $600, possibly $2,000 (If GF bought purse) and you will not help us shop and find
what we are looking for?!!! I politely (which was very difficult) told her that she was rude and then GF and I promptly left.
I was back in there today since I found I have a store credit at the place , went in to see if there was anything I wanted .....since I am not someone that needs a
lot of STUFF.
