Instead I went to Bloomingdales and bought a cute Mark Jacob purse instead and ended up receiving great customer service.
The workers at this store are nicer than the ones at the San Jose location. Instead of continuous eyeballing they actually greeted my boyfriend and I and paid
attention to my questions so we made our purchase here.
Though service was prompt and we were greeted nicely, I do have a criticism: the employees look bored/sad 24/7. Give a smile or two and not slouch. It honestly makes
LV look cheap and not upscale. LV in SF is a store that tourists from all over comes into. Smile and show em why we have more bounce in California :)
My first review...I wish there was negative stars
This is a big store, so don't expect someone to ask you if you need help. You have to know what you want, and go up to a sales person and ask them if they have it,
that's the only way they will even look at you, especially if you don't look like you have money.
But that's not even the issue here. They screwed me over $300. I bought a Damier agenda PM, and then i returned it, I got store credit.
So today I go and try to use the store credit, when I go to the cashier, she asks me for ID, No problem. She asks how i got the receipt. I told her I returned my
agenda, She says that the name on the receipt doesn't match my name...BIG PROBLEM.
It turns out when I went to return my agenda, i got someone elses return receipt, so when i try to use my store credit, I cant.
They try to help me, but i know they have their suspicions about me, I'm wearing baggy jeans a Big T-shirt and a baseball cap. They said they would check their
inventroy...but i think the guy just walked around, becuase I remember him doing the return, becuase I singled him out...you know how it is when some angry customer
comes back and points to you and said that you messed up.
