Louis Vuitton Handbags

Instead I went to Bloomingdales and bought a cute Mark Jacob purse instead and ended up receiving great customer service.
The workers at this store are nicer than the ones at the San Jose location. Instead of continuous eyeballing they actually greeted my boyfriend and I and paid
attention to my questions so we made our purchase here.

Though service was prompt and we were greeted nicely, I do have a criticism: the employees look bored/sad 24/7. Give a smile or two and not slouch. It honestly makes
LV look cheap and not upscale. LV in SF is a store that tourists from all over comes into. Smile and show em why we have more bounce in California :)
My first review...I wish there was negative stars

This is a big store, so don't expect someone to ask you if you need help. You have to know what you want, and go up to a sales person and ask them if they have it,
that's the only way they will even look at you, especially if you don't look like you have money.

But that's not even the issue here. They screwed me over $300. I bought a Damier agenda PM, and then i returned it, I got store credit.

So today I go and try to use the store credit, when I go to the cashier, she asks me for ID, No problem. She asks how i got the receipt. I told her I returned my
agenda, She says that the name on the receipt doesn't match my name...BIG PROBLEM.

It turns out when I went to return my agenda, i got someone elses return receipt, so when i try to use my store credit, I cant.

They try to help me, but i know they have their suspicions about me, I'm wearing baggy jeans a Big T-shirt and a baseball cap. They said they would check their
inventroy...but i think the guy just walked around, becuase I remember him doing the return, becuase I singled him out...you know how it is when some angry customer
comes back and points to you and said that you messed up.

louis vuitton graffiti bag for sale

1. They will not come up to you or be willing to help you enthusiastically if you are young-looking.
2. They will not come up to you or be willing to help you enthusiastically if you are not dressed "well" enough/mature enough.
3. They WILL help you if you look older or if you are dressed in a more mature fashion.
4. They WILL come up to you and offer their assistance without you asking if you are holding a large shopping bag from GUCCI.
5. They will also come up to you and offer their assistance before you ask if you are wearing a GUCCI bag (this of course then applies for other designer bags as
well of course).

You get the idea.
I love LV, but not so much the service. JinZ was helping us today, and she was quite pleasant though.
Better service and designs at Gucci nowadays, but overall, I still like this brand better.
This LV location is notorious for horrible customer service. The only person worth dealing with there is Tommy.

I own over a dozen LV items, some of which where difficult to procure. If I'm not in LOVE with the item, I have no problem returning it. I get major attitude from
everyone there, and only go there out of necessity. Most of the time, I research what I want online, call, put it on then go there to view it in person.

I recently went to the Las Vegas LV in Cesar's and dealt with a fabulous lady named Courtney. She put me on a wait list for a bag, called me when it was ready,
shipped it to me, and happily exchanged it for another hard to get bag with a closed wait list, I wasn't even on! Highly recommend her! Now, I plan to deal only with
her and Tommy in SF. If you must go to SF, seek out Tommy for a pleasant shopping experience.
I was shopping downtown a month or so ago and came in here to look for a purse. I had done some looking online and I knew my price range. I had been walking around
all day so I was a bit frazzled looking and had a ton of shopping bags. The sales associates were rude - they did not even give me the time of day- it must have
looked like I was not going to be a buyer!

Discount Designer Handbags and Fashionable Designer Handbags

I've got to say, this was the worst customer service I've ever received at a high-end store.  Never buy from here--go to Gucci, Ferragamo, Nieman's, whatever--just
go anywhere else to avoid unsavory attitudes.

Also note: Most of LV's products are not made of real leather, but generally trimmed with leather.  Their products largely consist of some sort of PVC (aka plastic).
Great for the animals, but it just shows how LV's prices are totally unjustified.  Plus, LV has started to produce some of their bags in more of an assembly line
fashion--not the standard "handmade" process that they tout.  Hence, you'll see cheaper LV bags on the market now.
Now I am not one of those wannabe elite people who shop Louis Vuitton but if I am with someone who wants to go in there and actually make a purchase then I will go
with them because......why not? That was the case this particular day around the 06' christmas season, one of my hetero homies wanted to purchase a bag for his woman
and wanted my expertise (Translation: You're gay...help me pick one).

So I set out to do just that.

Upon walking in we were accosted by this older, kind of big in shape asian woman and she asked up what we were looking for......WE JUST WALKED IN, BIOTCH!!! After
giving the obligatory "Just looking" I told her we would seek her out personally when we had questions or if we found something that we wanted to purchase and she
gave us the ok and we were on our merry way. We walked up the stairs and looked at some purses and when I turned around she totally was right behind us....I actually

Save On Designer Purses

So after being ignored all that time, only to get attention when they thought I was a thief, I left PISSED!

So boys and girls, moral of the story: Pretend to commit petty/grand theft and get great customer service from Louis Vuitton Union Square!
I was on a mission. The goal? Petit Damier Tie. LV inside Bloomie's only had the display one left, and I refused to purchase one that had been touched by so many
people already. I know that sounds snobby but I was buying a Christmas present for someone.
It was a showdown between this store and Neiman Marcus. I wanted to give this location another chance, but I couldn't.

Yet again, you have failed me. Lack of customer service! Stuck up bitches.

I will never set foot in this store ever again. Neiman Marcus has NEVER shunned me.
Meh is exactly right. I feel as if the house of Vuitton is falling down like a lush socialite after too many martinis and happy pills.

They remind me of the old money women who hold on to their chinchilla furs and mend their threadbare rugs when company comes for tea. It looks good glossy, shiny,
pulled, stretched and snipped on the outside but inside it's old, crappy, and in need of an overhaul when the years pass by.

I've heard mixed responses about whether LV will repair bags. Why pay $1200 for a canvas bag when it'll just rip in a few months? Kate Spade has canvas bags with
cotton linings for $100 and you can buy one at Nordstrom where they won't treat you like a second class citizen.

I believe women are masochists for going back to this store after they've been judged the first time by the sales associates. They look you up and down, pass
judgement on your attire, your current purse of choice and then decide if you're worth of their time. LV doesn't work on commission so I believe this is a learned
behavior from the corporate training department.

Louis Vuitton: Louis Vuitton bags, Pochettes, Wallets, Luggage

SCENARIO C -
I walked in and they treated me like a princess, despite my kiddy look. They catered to my requests and needs and I was treated with excellent customer service.

HA-HA. Scenario C is make-belief, but they could learn a thing or two!

Overall, I'm a fan of LV, but they have got to start checking their employee's attitudes.
Sweet holy aircon Batman! This place is pumping it out! I was in downtown a few weeks ago during the 90+ degree weather days that SF was getting. Broke a sweat from
the Union Square Parking garage to LV just walking slowly. It was that hot. Anyways...

I have the bestest friend in the entire world. Her name is Esther. And for my birthday she bought me the LV keyholder that I have wanted for about a year now. I
can't even believe she remembers.

Please note that I am not a brand whore. The only two pieces of designer bags/small leather goods that I owned were given to me by Esther. I refuse to shell out $$$$
to buy a designer bag for myself. Ironically, the only 2 real designer bags/small leather goods that Esther has was given to her by me. ha....

So yeah, she bought me the keyring holder. I loved it! But honestly, with clickers and key fobs and such, I have no use for it now as the clickers and keyfobs won't
fit in it. So I needed to exchange it.

Stopped in. Was greeted right away. Exchanged it and went on my merry way. Easy peasy.
