Louis Vuitton Handbags

Instead I went to Bloomingdales and bought a cute Mark Jacob purse instead and ended up receiving great customer service.
The workers at this store are nicer than the ones at the San Jose location. Instead of continuous eyeballing they actually greeted my boyfriend and I and paid
attention to my questions so we made our purchase here.

Though service was prompt and we were greeted nicely, I do have a criticism: the employees look bored/sad 24/7. Give a smile or two and not slouch. It honestly makes
LV look cheap and not upscale. LV in SF is a store that tourists from all over comes into. Smile and show em why we have more bounce in California :)
My first review...I wish there was negative stars

This is a big store, so don't expect someone to ask you if you need help. You have to know what you want, and go up to a sales person and ask them if they have it,
that's the only way they will even look at you, especially if you don't look like you have money.

But that's not even the issue here. They screwed me over $300. I bought a Damier agenda PM, and then i returned it, I got store credit.

So today I go and try to use the store credit, when I go to the cashier, she asks me for ID, No problem. She asks how i got the receipt. I told her I returned my
agenda, She says that the name on the receipt doesn't match my name...BIG PROBLEM.

It turns out when I went to return my agenda, i got someone elses return receipt, so when i try to use my store credit, I cant.

They try to help me, but i know they have their suspicions about me, I'm wearing baggy jeans a Big T-shirt and a baseball cap. They said they would check their
inventroy...but i think the guy just walked around, becuase I remember him doing the return, becuase I singled him out...you know how it is when some angry customer
comes back and points to you and said that you messed up.

louis vuitton graffiti bag for sale

1. They will not come up to you or be willing to help you enthusiastically if you are young-looking.
2. They will not come up to you or be willing to help you enthusiastically if you are not dressed "well" enough/mature enough.
3. They WILL help you if you look older or if you are dressed in a more mature fashion.
4. They WILL come up to you and offer their assistance without you asking if you are holding a large shopping bag from GUCCI.
5. They will also come up to you and offer their assistance before you ask if you are wearing a GUCCI bag (this of course then applies for other designer bags as
well of course).

You get the idea.
I love LV, but not so much the service. JinZ was helping us today, and she was quite pleasant though.
Better service and designs at Gucci nowadays, but overall, I still like this brand better.
This LV location is notorious for horrible customer service. The only person worth dealing with there is Tommy.

I own over a dozen LV items, some of which where difficult to procure. If I'm not in LOVE with the item, I have no problem returning it. I get major attitude from
everyone there, and only go there out of necessity. Most of the time, I research what I want online, call, put it on then go there to view it in person.

I recently went to the Las Vegas LV in Cesar's and dealt with a fabulous lady named Courtney. She put me on a wait list for a bag, called me when it was ready,
shipped it to me, and happily exchanged it for another hard to get bag with a closed wait list, I wasn't even on! Highly recommend her! Now, I plan to deal only with
her and Tommy in SF. If you must go to SF, seek out Tommy for a pleasant shopping experience.
I was shopping downtown a month or so ago and came in here to look for a purse. I had done some looking online and I knew my price range. I had been walking around
all day so I was a bit frazzled looking and had a ton of shopping bags. The sales associates were rude - they did not even give me the time of day- it must have
looked like I was not going to be a buyer!

Learn and Find Facts About LV Bags Online

I ask them why they say they are putting an item on hold if they don't even know that they have it...
they respond with... it said we had it in our computer system... basically a 'i was too lazy to check and i was lying to you when i said i placed it aside'

I spoke to the actual person who I talked to on the phone and she didn't 'remember.'

It pretty much sucks because they are the largest store in SF and probably in the bay area... I'd rather drive further to san jose or palo alto for better service
though.
I believe it was Liberace who said, "I'd rather be a genuine rhinestone than an imitation pearl."

Today I said, "I'd rather be a certified nutcase in Atascadero than own a played out Louis Vee bag, genuine or imitation."

sorry, gracie.
Love the House of Louis Vuitton especially with the current head designer, Marc Jacobs. {{{LOVE}}}

Here's my 2 cents:  This boutique in SF had one of the largest selections in Limited Edition pieces. Now here's where the stars start dropping off... I went through
quite a few sales people, with my last one being transfered to Paris last August (was happy for her! Sad for me...), although they track my sales, I haven't had the
same service since until I found Marcy at the Bloomingdale's boutique down the street.
I love Louis Vuitton, yes I do. But the service they provide here is very questionable. After multiple encounters, and paying close attention to my most recent ones,
I've noticed a pattern. This may not be true for all of the staff, but I can say for many.

Louis Vuitton iPhone 4 Case Monogram

Hmmm....guess you don't want my money.
I love Louis Vuitton... but, the SA that helped me at this specific location was a "Female Dog".

When I shop I want to make sure I like it especially per their return policy.

The SA looked very annoyed with me, because of how long I was taking and she dared to say "IF YOU DON'T REALLY LIKE YOU SHOULD THINK MORE ON IT" and was rolling her
eyes.. if she had a better attitude she would have won my sale!
GAWD. Seriously? This is the worst LV store I have ever been to, they don't even try to be courteous or accommodating.

I call the night before to see if they have a bag in stock and they say yes we do... I ask them if they can put it on hold for me and they say sure, it will be here
by the end of tomorrow.. i'm like... oh great, wonderful, i'll see you tomorrow.
.
.
.
next day.. 'hi, i have a bag on reserve... do you have it in the back?'
SA: sure let me check
....
hrmm, it's not there, let me see if someone can find it for you..

me: uhm okay...
after 15-20 minutes
SA: we actually don't have it, you'd need to order it but we can provide complimentary shipping.
(me thinking.. no sh*t...why would i pay for them to ship it to your store, it's always 'complimentary')

louis vuitton iphone 4 case for sale

Could quite possibly be that I enjoy silence when I am posing with an LV handbag in front of their huge mirrors. No judgments from the sales people - they really
leave it up to you.

Could be that the whole showroom respects and reveres you and your decision by being so damn pretty you just want to strike a pose in every damn corner of the store.

Could be that other customers also consider that this is your time to decide which bag you shine in that a daughter actually pulled her mom away from walking in
front of me while I was looking at myself in the mirror.

Could be that people seem so happy here. You could tap dance in the middle of the store, do a walk off, do a dramatic walk down the stairs of the showroom. Okay,
what fantasy am I talking about?

Could be that I look so great here with a Louis bag.

I don't know what it is about this place. But ... five stars.
This Louis Vuitton Maison is beautiful inside, and is very easy to browse (lotsa space, just do not go in on a Saturday, way too crowded!). There are only 5 LV
Maisons in the world, and of course my fabulous city was graced with one of 'em.  ;)

My first trip into this store, I too encountered rude customer "service" reps. Before I spent over $3000. LoL. My second trip was much more pleasant, thanks to
Angelica Del Carmen. She hustled through the store to get me the items I wanted to look at, and was a doll even though I only spent about $38 this trip (I went in to
exchange a wallet I purchased on my first trip, the handbag I chose went a LiL over the exchange's price). I will definately be going back and giving my business to
Miss Angelia when I have another Louis craving.
Answer me this.  How come I am not allowed to step behind their "counter" to look at a product (when it is allowed at every other "high-end" retailer) when there is
no one to help me?

Lv Belt _ authentic At The Cheapest Price

First and foremost it is an image LV is selling. They can wrap it up in the talk of " handmade product of phenomenal quality" but let's face it, it is about
conspicuous consumption. My rant here is just about the purpose of this review. LV speaks for itself and I doubt they will be cruising for customers within my
lifetime.
LOVE LOVE LOVE louis vuitton.
alas i am poor and do not have the means to charge 800+ on my credit card per visit. instead, i stare, i ooh, i awe...
i leave empty handed.
BAH! i need a sugar daddy.
oh yeah the SA's can be kind annoying. they hover, stare, hover, wait (do they get commission or something?)
There are soooooo many of the damn brown purses, brown wallets, brown LV this and LV everything, that the company should purchase the tag line "Brown" from UPS. Or
maybe UPS should overlay their lettering in gold to become -maybe not the best- but certainly the most fashionable package delivery-transport service in the country
or world.

3 duckets for making Coach look like the ultimate knockoff.
I was hunting every LV store in the area for the speedy 30 and apparently they're out as soon as it comes in. So after going to Valleyfair, Stanford, Carmel, and
finally here I finally got my speedy and the sales lady said it just came in and it's the only one in the store, jeez. But before I hunted down anyone to help, like
many people, if you don't look like you have money or hella bags w/ U, none of the sales people will help. I came in, standing around looking lost, some chick comes
in w/ a Gucci bag on her arm and hella shopping bags and some sales guy came right over and helped her.
Overall, if you want great customer service, go to the one in Stanford shopping center, the sales assoc. are super nice and friendly and you don't have to wander
around to hunt someone down.
I don't know why I'm giving this place five stars ...

Louis Vuitton Outlet sells authentic Louis Vuitton Wallet

jumped. I didn't want to say anything out of line so I just let her show us around while we asked questions.

My thoughts: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't accost your customers or follow them around after you are told that you will look around first. This ruined my visit to this
store on levels that I can't even begin to elaborate on. We ended up getting a bag which my friend loved, but the service (or rather the following of us) sucked and
ultimately turned this 4 star review into a 2 star review.

If you work at LV and would like to know who I am talking about so that you can get this woman fired and thus, restoring world peace in LV stores....please message
me. I promise to shop there again and purchase something if you do.
After a bad experience a few weeks ago, I came today to buy my mother a couple of handbags for her b-day.  I found Tommy and he took great care of  us.

I bought my mother the two handbags that she wanted.......then of course my babe saw a new Summer Collector's item bag that Tommy just had to show her.

$5000.00 bucks later, we were out the door and ready to eat........

Thanks to Tommy, I love this store again.
Japanese lady tried to sell me the display glasses after she said she was going into the back to get new ones.. She went in the back put the display glasses in a
case/bag n then presented them to me n cleaned it with some cleaner.. Good thing I checked bc the bottom of the frames were scratched n she gave me price of $570
when they were really $405.. Not cool
Sometimes I forget I do not have a trust fund. When those moments occur, I give in to temptation and proceed to purchase exquisite merchandise. For the amount of
dough that is being dropped in this place, service should be exceptional. If it is not then you should take your business elsewhere.

Discount Designer Handbags and Fashionable Designer Handbags

I've got to say, this was the worst customer service I've ever received at a high-end store.  Never buy from here--go to Gucci, Ferragamo, Nieman's, whatever--just
go anywhere else to avoid unsavory attitudes.

Also note: Most of LV's products are not made of real leather, but generally trimmed with leather.  Their products largely consist of some sort of PVC (aka plastic).
Great for the animals, but it just shows how LV's prices are totally unjustified.  Plus, LV has started to produce some of their bags in more of an assembly line
fashion--not the standard "handmade" process that they tout.  Hence, you'll see cheaper LV bags on the market now.
Now I am not one of those wannabe elite people who shop Louis Vuitton but if I am with someone who wants to go in there and actually make a purchase then I will go
with them because......why not? That was the case this particular day around the 06' christmas season, one of my hetero homies wanted to purchase a bag for his woman
and wanted my expertise (Translation: You're gay...help me pick one).

So I set out to do just that.

Upon walking in we were accosted by this older, kind of big in shape asian woman and she asked up what we were looking for......WE JUST WALKED IN, BIOTCH!!! After
giving the obligatory "Just looking" I told her we would seek her out personally when we had questions or if we found something that we wanted to purchase and she
gave us the ok and we were on our merry way. We walked up the stairs and looked at some purses and when I turned around she totally was right behind us....I actually

SA's.
Hey hating reviewers who have don't buy from here. Yeah their bags are kind of lame & not that innovative. Yeah their stupid logo is somehow a substitute for any
sort of real design. Yeah, its totally overpriced.

Blah Blah Blah.

Their service is pretty great. I came in here to show my husband a pair of sunglasses I'd seen quite a bit ago & the sales lady even brought us a bottle of Perrier
when we told her we were thirsty.

I ended up getting the ruby red sparkle glasses [but then again I'm a glasses fiend] but they were not an everyday purchase.

So yeah, most of their line is not that interesting, but if you keep yourself open to PERHAPS finding something you like, you might. This
mostly-vintage-loves-finding-free-clothes-on-the-street girl did.
The customer service here is great--only when you're about to buy something.  But if you need LV for anything else AFTER you make a purchase, you canNOT depend on
them.

I purchased a bag for a little over a grand, and once the hardware broke in less than 2 months, I brought it back to the store, which would only repair it for $500.
No compromise, no alternatives, no joke.  You either get it repaired for that much, or you bring it somewhere else.  If you opt for the latter, you can never have it
repaired at LV again for any reason.

Cheap Designer Handbags, 85% off Cheap Handbags on Sale

Rohana (sp?) has been my SA for quite a while now and I should admit that I probably would not love Louis as much if wasn't for her.   I actually go in just to say
hi to her if I'm in the area, even when I have no intention of buying.  She offers me champagne, she lets me try on the RTW for fun....I just adore her.  AND she
treats my mom like a queen.  When my mother and I go in there, she lets my mom and I sit down and brings items over for us to look at....along with the champagne ;-)

I have also gotten to know some of the other SAs over time.  Tim and the other white guy that I always forget his name (sorry if you happen to read this)...maybe it
is because almost every time I am there I usually have a glass of champagne in one hand and I am completely focused on all of the goodies in the store.  But they are
fun and friendly and always make it a point to say hi to me when I'm there.

I love how this store is laid out, where you can really SEE the products, especially the LE items, RTW and jewelry.

Of all my shopping experiences, this is my favorite.
What's wrong with the SA's here? Almost ashamed to buy things from this boutique. Went there on several occasions, some to browse and some to make purchases. All my
visits here were filled with snobby SA's who were annoyed to help me. They make it seem like they're doing you a favor when they're fetching a product you've asked
to see. One woman who was "helping" me (I wouldn't even call it helping) didn't say a word to me, just went to find what I was looking for and walked away. I felt
discouraged by the CS. The only SA I like is Tommy, he's very honest, patient, and nice. Look for him! This boutique really needs to hire friendlier and more helpful

Discount Designer Handbags and Designer Accessories

Did I mention how difficult they are with returns? They'll practically try to scuff the bag itself while they're inspecting it to make sure you can't return it. I
tried exchanging one for my sister and I almost pulled that manager's weave out-that's right, I said weave. The audacity of these people telling me I couldn't
exhange a bag after 1 day of being out of the store. As if it suddenly got tainted once it left the safe haven of the store. Bitch3s.

From now on, anytime I have to come in here with a sister or a girlfriend I will make sure I look as Bon-qui-qui as I can get. While carry a Ferragamo which is my
handbag of choice. I can get a quality leather bag for less than $1400 and I'm not a walking advertisment either.
I love LV, their bags are the most durable i have.

To celebrate Bastille Day I to decided buy something French, so i broke down and  bought another accessories pouch. I've lost like 2 of these and each time I cried
my eyes out. I thought it'd be easier this time around on picking the pattern but I was stumped. As I held up the bag in all the patterns, the other half stood close
by rolling his eyes and continually saying "just pick one!" (guys don't seem to understand the importance of these small details). The whole time the sales person
was chuckled and gave kept smiling.

Whenever I come here the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've even had to come in a few times to get a handle or strap fixed and
they've been totally cool about it. Wide selection compared to the new one in Bloomingdale's.

I love this Louis store.  It is like home to me.  If I could give more then 5 stars, I would.

Save On Designer Purses

So after being ignored all that time, only to get attention when they thought I was a thief, I left PISSED!

So boys and girls, moral of the story: Pretend to commit petty/grand theft and get great customer service from Louis Vuitton Union Square!
I was on a mission. The goal? Petit Damier Tie. LV inside Bloomie's only had the display one left, and I refused to purchase one that had been touched by so many
people already. I know that sounds snobby but I was buying a Christmas present for someone.
It was a showdown between this store and Neiman Marcus. I wanted to give this location another chance, but I couldn't.

Yet again, you have failed me. Lack of customer service! Stuck up bitches.

I will never set foot in this store ever again. Neiman Marcus has NEVER shunned me.
Meh is exactly right. I feel as if the house of Vuitton is falling down like a lush socialite after too many martinis and happy pills.

They remind me of the old money women who hold on to their chinchilla furs and mend their threadbare rugs when company comes for tea. It looks good glossy, shiny,
pulled, stretched and snipped on the outside but inside it's old, crappy, and in need of an overhaul when the years pass by.

I've heard mixed responses about whether LV will repair bags. Why pay $1200 for a canvas bag when it'll just rip in a few months? Kate Spade has canvas bags with
cotton linings for $100 and you can buy one at Nordstrom where they won't treat you like a second class citizen.

I believe women are masochists for going back to this store after they've been judged the first time by the sales associates. They look you up and down, pass
judgement on your attire, your current purse of choice and then decide if you're worth of their time. LV doesn't work on commission so I believe this is a learned
behavior from the corporate training department.

louis vuitton backpacks

The security was more concerned that I was going to rip the place off the 2 black guys were chatting right away & the boss had his eye on me too.

NOT one sales person came to help until I went into the middle of the store & announced in the loudest voice I could that "SECURITY was paying more attention to me
than ANY STORE CLERK "....

NO I did not buy & will be back.....wait for my next update.
0 stars. They need to re-train all them stinkin' beeotches and queens who work here. I mean seriously, when you were little girls did you think, (in thick valley
girl accent) "Oh m'god, like, when I grow up , I think  I wanna be a total actress, or model, singer or sales associate. Yeeeah."  C'mon now, you're a glorified, ass
kissing, servant.

As much as all the other bad reviews here state, BAD customer service.  In typical San Francisco L.V. fashion (no pun intended), they ignore you when you walk in,
while you're walking around, and while you exit the store. But, if you really want to get some assistance, I have a sure fire way that works. Just do what I happened
to have done unintentionally.  Take a large shopping bag, or your large opened purse if thats what you have handy. Put said item down on the ground. Go over to the
small leather goods section, and pick up one or two of the wallets, small bags or whatever small items they happen to have out on display, while at the same time
hovering over your open bag. No one will initially help you so you really have no choice but to help yourself.

I was in the store for a good 15 minutes and noooooooooo one came to help me. But, after I had done what I had mentioned, I had 2 sales clerks come up to me in the
span of 1 minute to ask if I needed help. "Hmm, that was odd," I thought, "why are they being so accomodating all of a sudden?" Then it clicked. THEY THOUGHT I WAS
GOING TO STEAL THE MERCHANDISE by dropping the small goods into my shopping bag. I've worked in retail back in my days so I know a few of the things that get pulled.

louis vuitton outlet stores

Came back a year later on Friday hoping to find Tommy.  He wasn't there and I got the same treatment that pretty much everyone else not dressed-to-impressed got.
Not greeted when coming in (when the store was near empty in the morning).  No one offered to help me after I pretty much wandered around the store for 20 minutes on
my own.  A couple of the associates looked away from me when I caught their eye.  That prompted me to leave.  If I'm going to drop 1K+, I'm not going to let some
snobby-ass bitches get free commission for doing nothing.

I went over to Gucci instead and their 2 doormen friendly greeted me, a kind older Chinese lady directed me upstairs, and a more friendly sales associate, Vanessa,
helped me from start to finish (and deservingly got her cut of the $1500 I plunked down).
Wow.  Beyond rude.  I came in to specifically buy a LV belt and my girlfriend was thinking about buying a new purse.  We were given the aptly titled "Death Stare" by
every associate in the store.

I was approached by a sales person and quite rudely asked "What do you want?"  I told her what we were looking for.  She then said "What we have out is what we
have".  I gave her the 'Are you F'in kidding me look?'  I am about to drop close to $600, possibly $2,000 (If GF bought purse) and you will not help us shop and find
what we are looking for?!!!  I politely (which was very difficult) told her that she was rude and then GF and I promptly left.
I was back in there today since I found I have a store credit at the place , went in to see if there was anything I wanted .....since I am not someone that needs a
lot of STUFF.

louis vuitton vintage handbags

This store is almost exactly like the 5th Ave NYC store. But the people in this store are nicer.
The cult following of the Louis Vuitton Handbag phenomena really freaks me out.  Am I the only woman who would like to burn a handbag in effigy on the corner of
Geary and Stockton? I would try, only I can see the sheep with their eyes all aglow walking toward the light of the burning embers of the purse with the mistaken
thought that it's a beacon beckoning them to throw down more greenbacks at this Union Square LV boutique.

I am all for good quality stuff but a purse that looks like rainbow brite has stamped all over it doesn't qualify, in my mind, as a classic wardrobe piece for my
accessory arsenal.

And one more thing- I'm a grown woman, I don't need to impress other grown women with the handbag I own. I want something more unique than what everyone else has,
anyway.Went there earlier this month to get this bag that I've been wanting and since it was over a thousand bucks, it was great that they were super nice!  lol they
told us about getting it hot stamped for free and told us to comeback the next day because they were about to close. We did comeback the next day and left it at the
store and they told us to comeback in an hour. Came back an hour later and they said nobody did it and told us to comeback the next day. UGH! Such a freaking hassle!

I just got my tax refund and I am soooo tempted to blow it on the LV bag I've been eyeing for a year or so now.  The clutch I wanted has been discontinued, but the
new purse that I am lusting is a nice $670.  Walking into the LV store on Geary, I am overwhelmed by all the different styles (I prepared by checking out the fashion
guide books from Japan that show EVERY model of LV in existence), but the space is big and classic LV.

This particular LV store seems to be pretty busy all the time, and the customer service tends to fluctuate from good to non-existent.  I'd probably rather buy it
from the new LV boutique at Bloomingdale's...or wait till I go back to Hawaii where the sales tax is only 4% and they offer a 5% discount for some reason...now if I
could only convince myself that buying a new LV bag is a *necessary* expense...

Louis Vuitton: Louis Vuitton bags, Pochettes, Wallets, Luggage

SCENARIO C -
I walked in and they treated me like a princess, despite my kiddy look. They catered to my requests and needs and I was treated with excellent customer service.

HA-HA. Scenario C is make-belief, but they could learn a thing or two!

Overall, I'm a fan of LV, but they have got to start checking their employee's attitudes.
Sweet holy aircon Batman! This place is pumping it out! I was in downtown a few weeks ago during the 90+ degree weather days that SF was getting. Broke a sweat from
the Union Square Parking garage to LV just walking slowly. It was that hot. Anyways...

I have the bestest friend in the entire world. Her name is Esther. And for my birthday she bought me the LV keyholder that I have wanted for about a year now. I
can't even believe she remembers.

Please note that I am not a brand whore. The only two pieces of designer bags/small leather goods that I owned were given to me by Esther. I refuse to shell out $$$$
to buy a designer bag for myself. Ironically, the only 2 real designer bags/small leather goods that Esther has was given to her by me. ha....

So yeah, she bought me the keyring holder. I loved it! But honestly, with clickers and key fobs and such, I have no use for it now as the clickers and keyfobs won't
fit in it. So I needed to exchange it.

Stopped in. Was greeted right away. Exchanged it and went on my merry way. Easy peasy.

Louis Vuitton Wallets and coin purses

ME: "Yeah, I'll take the damier speedy 30"

LADY: " Oh, did you want to see the 35, it's just $25.00 difference."

ME: "It's fine, I'll just take the 35 then."

LADY: *A little confused* " Did you want to see it?"

ME: "No thank you, I know how it looks like"

LADY: *completely lost* " Ohh .. uhh did you want to hold it? try it? see it?"

ME: "No, I'm ready to be rung up thank you."

LADY: "Oh wow, I need more customers like you"

We stood in line and waited to be rung up, longer than we did walking around the store. After the sales associates realized we were the last-in-first-out customers,
their eyes started revealing slight signs of REGRET.

Really?! I mean shopping in dress-down clothes isn'at always an eye catcher, but you guys are suppose to sell and represent the product. Yes, Louis Vuitton is a high
end brand, but what right does it give you guys, the workers, to start passing judgments on customers. Furthermore, why do you guys think you have the right to
CHOOSE who to help at your own convience?? Afterall, you guys work off commission, and without the customers, you guys would all be claiming unemployment.

SCENARIO B --
TUESDAY 4:00 PM
After realizing that the 35 was wayyyy too big for my liking, I wanted to exchange it. They ran out of 30's, so they called Bloomingdales LV and confirmed that there
was one available for me. I walked over there and the sales associate said I would need to go back to Union Square and return it. Fine, as I walked back to the Union
Square LV, Jason, the store manager, was really apologetic and accomodating about the misunderstanding. (Yes, in my eyes, you've redeemed the entire store and the
employees).
